This pair of semi-detached houses in Woodhall Spa were completed by EPS,who took over from another builder half-way through the project. As well as the build EPS were also tasked with completing all the internal fittings and decoration. The houses were built for holiday rental on behalf of Woodhall Spa Holiday Lets. These inspiring self-catering properties have been designed for holidays, golfing parties, wedding guests, family visitors or any other event. Both properties sleep eight with all bedrooms being en-suite or having their own bathroom.

Woodhall Spa Holiday Lets also has a further 6 bedded property next door which EPS also did remedial work and electrical work on.
